From 1 August the communal bin store moves to the east side of the car park, next to the cycle racks. Collection days are unchanged.

This year's AGM will be held on 14 September at 6:30pm in the residents' lounge. Papers will be circulated two weeks in advance.

Following Director approval, external decoration works are provisionally scheduled to begin in September 2026, weather permitting. We'll confirm exact dates once the contractor is instructed.
